Super delicious and spicy Bihari style chicken curry

Bihari chicken curry

Ingredients to make Bihari chicken curry

  • chicken 1 kg
  • curd one cup
  • turmeric powder 1 and half teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dry red chilli 3
  • Black pepper seeds 5 to 6
  • cumin seeds one teaspoon
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Brown cardamom 1
  • cinnamon stick 1 inches
  • lowng three
  • Kasuri methi leaves one teaspoon
  • Believe One
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • garlic cloves 10 to 12
  • ginger to inches
  • Chopped cilantro to tbsp
  • Chopped tomato 1 lot size
  • mustard oil half cup
  • salt to taste
  • sugar one teaspoon
  • Hot water 1 glass

How to make Bihari chicken curry

  1. Marinet chicken for 30 minutes with curd, some salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and red chilli powder.
  2. take a mixi jar add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, brown cardamom, green cardamon, dry red chilli, garlic cloves, ginger, little bit of water and grindet the smooth paste.
  3. heat a oil tempering whole Garam Masala and bay leaves.
  4. then add chopped onion and fry for light brown colour.
  5. then add paste and nicely mix it.
  6. after mixing at marinate chicken and nicely mixed.
  7. chicken is nicely mixed and oil is separate then at salt, sugar, kasuri methi leaves, chopped tomato and mix for 5 to 6 minit's.
  8. after mixed the chicken and colour is red then add hot water and cooked high flame 10 to 15 minuets.
  9. chicken is nicely boiled and gravy is some thinkind then add chopped cilindro and mix and cook for 10 min on low flame.
  10. after 10 minutes switch off the flame and ready to serve hot Bihari chicken curry with steamed rice.
