Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1tsp oil
  4. salt 1pinch
  5. 1/4tsp carrom seeds
  6. 2tbsp chopped carrots
  7. 2tbsp chopped onions
  8. 2tbsp chopped beans
  9. 2tbsp chopped paneer
  10. Salt, pepper and chilli flakes as per taste
  11. cloves 2
  12. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables
  2. Make a dough by adding maida, salt carrom seeds and oil by adding water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add vegetables and cook little. Add salt and spices. Cook well
  4. Make 2 balls from the dough. Flatten the balls and spread vegetables in centre and make cut on both sides as shown in picture.
  5. Cover with another small piece of flatten dough. Cover alternately like shown in picture to make a attractive design on top.
  6. Set cloves in centre to make a eye of fish.
  7. Fry till golden brown in medium hot oil
  8. Garnish and Serve hot
