ABOUT Chole Aloo RECIPE

North indian favourite kabuli chole boiled saute in tomsto masaala and boiled aloo added too.Every sat or sundsy kabuli chana is a preparation in northern india.Seasoned typically with kala namak,lal mirch,haldi garam masala ,dhania zeera mix powder.Add boiked aloo too and cover cook .Enjoy with roti poori any breads too

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 150 grams soaked kabuli chana
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. 2 -4 boiled potatoes
  4. 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  5. Curry leaves
  6. 1 tspn cummin seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  9. 1tspn cummin corriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspn garam masala
  11. 1 tblspn ghee

Instructions

  1. Boil, soaked chana/chickpeas, with salt ,1tspn ginger garlic paste
  2. Make baghar of 1 tspn ghee cummin,curry leaves and 2 chopped tomatoes in hot cooker
  3. Spices added above too
  4. 2 -3 boiled potatoes be added too ,with half cup water
  5. Cook 5minutes remove from gas
  6. As it's ready to serve remove in a glass bowl
