ABOUT Rossy Delight RECIPE

It's a steamed sweet dish that is yummy to eat and very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chenna/Paneer 200 gm
  2. Butter 2-3 tbsp
  3. Rose syrup 2 tsp
  4. Corn flour 2 tsp
  5. Milk powder 2 tsp
  6. Gulkand 1 tbsp
  7. Rose petals to garnish
  8. A pinch of red color


  1. Take the chenna and mix it with corn flour, milk powder, color and rose syrup. Make a dough of these ingredients together.
  2. Take a cup cake mould or tart mould and grease it with butter.
  3. Put the paneer mixture into the mould. Steam it in the steamer for 10 mins. Once the upper layer is thick, let it cool and demould it.
  4. Garnish with the gulkand and petals.
  5. Your Rossy delight is ready to eat!
