Watermelon Cake

Ingredients to make Watermelon Cake

  • Watermelon 1
  • Whipped cream/ Chocolate cream 1 cup
  • Mascarpone cheese 2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp, optional
  • Essence rose/ Vanilla/ Strawberries to garnish

How to make Watermelon Cake

  1. Cut the watermelon from both ends.
  2. Remove the skin and rind from the watermelon while keeping the flesh as a whole round piece. (I made 2 tiers)
  3. Mix the mascarpone cheese with icing sugar and add it to the whipped cream. Add the essence of your choice.
  4. Spread the icing on the watermelon and enjoy!

My Tip:

Whipped cream is perfect for icing this cake.
