About Masala Parantha Recipe

Masala paratha is very popular and tasty north indian dish. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat it with achar or vegetables.

Masala Parantha

Ingredients to make Masala Parantha

  • 1 cup aata
  • 4 spoon besan
  • 1 spoon deshi ghee for moyan
  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1/2 spoon cumin seeds
  • 1 spoon green chilli and ginger paste
  • 1 spoon chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1 spoon kasoori methi
  • salt as per taste
  • Desi ghee/ Oil for parathe sakane ke liye

How to make Masala Parantha

  1. In a big bowl add all the ingredients of paratha, mix well and kneed it soft daugh, after that cover it and keep a side for 20 minutes.
  2. Now roll the Paranthas with the rolling pin and fry them both the sides with Desi ghee or oil.
  3. Once the parathe is ready serve with mango and lal mirch k pickle.

My Tip:

You can also serve with any vegetables.
