Bindi is rich in vitamin k . Bindi also has good amount of fiber . I make this for lunch for work
Take a pan and heat some oil, add the bindi and fry for 7-8 minutes on low flame
Add a little chat masala
Now take another pan and heat some oil, when it’s hot add the jeera
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until onions caramelize for 4-5 minutes
Now add tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes
Add the cumin, dhania, kitchen king masala and chilli powder
Sauté well and when nicely cooked add salt
Bindi masala is ready , serve with hot chappathis
