Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup basmati rice
  2. Pinch of saffron
  3. 10-15 cranberries
  4. 10-15 cashews
  5. 5-10 almonds finely chopped
  6. 5-10 raisins
  7. Whole spices clove, cardamom
  8. Pinch of cumin powder
  9. One onion finely sliced
  10. 1 cup pineapple
  11. 2 sooons ghee
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice and add saffron to milk for 10 minutes
  2. Once saffron milk turns yellow add to rice and cook rice
  3. Take a pan heat ghee and add the spices and sauté well
  4. Add the raisins, cranberries, cashews and almond and sauté well
  5. Add salt and cumin powder
  6. Add to rice and mix well
  7. Add fresh pineapple and serve rice with any sabzi
