About Palak Chole Tikki Recipe

It's a very healthy and mouth watering snack for all to enjoy with flavors of palak, chole and cheese

Palak Chole Tikki

Ingredients to make Palak Chole Tikki

  • palak 250 gm
  • Boiled Chickpeas 1 cup
  • Cheese 4 cubes
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Garam masala powder 2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 and half tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • 2 green chilli
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of hing
  • garlic cloves 4-5
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Palak Chole Tikki

  1. Take a pan and boil the water and put palak in it for 1 minutes and then take it out and put it in cold water for 1 minutes and then strain the water out and squeeze it
  2. Now put palak in a jar and add chilli garlic and blend it
  3. Now add boiled chickpeas and blend it too
  4. Now take a bowl put palak chickpeas mixture and add garam masala ,chat masala ,hing cumin powder , red chilli powder ,bread crumbs and salt and mix properly
  5. Cut cheese in small pieces and keep aside
  6. Now take some proportion of mixture on palm and stuff it with cheese and cover it and make a tikki shape out of it
  7. Now heat the oil and put tikkies and shallow fry them till both the sides are crisp and golden in colour
  8. Now tikkies are ready Serve with chutni or sause
