It's very unique recipie i have never tried smoked effect so i have tried it comes so yummy the flavour of ghee comes out so well

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5-6 Boield potatoes
  2. 1 cup roughly chopped onions
  3. 1 cup tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. salt accd to taste
  6. Red chilli powder accd to taste
  7. jeera powder accd to taste
  8. 1/3 tsp Haladi
  9. 1 cup mashed paneer
  10. 10-12 soaked cashewnuts
  11. 1/2 cup Milk
  12. 2 pieces coal
  13. 3 tsp desi ghee


  1. First boil the potatoes when it is done cool it
  2. On other hand take roughly chopped onions saute in desi ghee adding 1 tsp ghee roast it till it changes the colour
  3. Now take a mixi jar add roughly chopped tomatoes add sauted onions in it grind it coarsely
  4. Now in which we saute onions add the gravy in it stirr it till it is done. Take a small mixi make a cashew paste soak milk in cashews fo 10 mins grind it coarsely add in tomato mixture add the malai in it for more creamy
  5. When the gravy is done sim the gas take a coal burn it on burner for 15 mins take a katori add that coal in katori Now take katori in gravy add the 2 tsp ghee and cover the lid for 15 mins the smokey effect comes in the gravy
  6. For filling :- Take potatoes peel them and scoop it from the centre and fry it till golden In a plate add grated paneer add the spices and fill in to potatoes
  7. Now take a serving platter add smoked gravy in them add the potato pieces garnish with coriander leaves and tomatoe slice serve with laccha prantha...
