Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour (besan) 2 cups
  2. Yougert beaten 1 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. Tumeric powder 1/2 table spoon
  5. Green,chilly,ginger paste 1 table spoon
  6. oil 2 table spoon
  7. lemon juice 1 table spoon
  8. Soda biocarbonate 1 teaspoon
  10. Green chutney
  11. Red chutney
  12. Green wheet dough
  13. Red wheat dough
  14. Boondi
  15. Coriender


  1. Make khaman batter, take one bowl add gram flour,curd and warm water and leave it 3 to 4 hours for furmentation and make sur batter is lump free
  2. after batter furmented add green chilly ginger paste thand heat steamer and grase the mould.
  3. take small bowl, add lemon juice and soda and oil and mix it and pour it on in batter.
  4. pour batter in greased mould and steam it and cover it with lid.
  5. i used doughnt style shape, you can give your shape
  6. now for taste and garnishing i used greean palak dough and make roti cut it into stripes and cover it in half portion of dhokla and bake it.
  7. same thing do with red beetroot dough
  8. now served with chutney and boondi and coriender
