Today I tried a very healthy instant tea time snack recipe cum breakfast recipe which you can have in form of Cabbage-onion chila using almost no oil.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Gram flour-150 gm
  2. Salt- as per taste
  3. Coriander powder-1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
  5. Oil-25ml
  6. Ajwain- pinch of
  7. Chopped coriander-50gm
  8. Water-1/2 glass
  9. Rava-50gm
  10. Cabbage-75 gm
  11. Chopped Chilli-2
  12. Ginger- 25 gm
  13. Chopped onion-1

Instructions

  1. 1. Take a bowl add besan/gram flour in it
  2. 2. Add chopped onion, chilli, coriander, cabbage in it
  3. 3. Add rava/suji
  4. 4. Add oil and then some water
  5. 5. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and ajwain
  6. 6. Make a smooth batter.
  7. 7. Take a pan add some drop of oil
  8. 8. Place batter in pan and let it get cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame
  9. 9. Flip chilla and again let cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame
