Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Stuffing:
  2. Onion 1 choped
  3. Cabbage,carrot,capsicum,cauliflower 1 bowl chopped
  4. Green peas 1/4 bowl
  5. Paneer 75 gm
  6. Ginger chopped 1 spoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Jeera 1 spoon
  9. Garam masala 1 spoon
  10. Dhania jeera powder 1/2 spoon
  11. Aamchur powder 1/2 spoon
  12. Coriander leaves 1 bowl
  13. Wheat flour 1 bowl
  14. Maida 1 bowl
  15. Ghee 1 spoon
  16. Oil to fry paratha
  17. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Chopped required vegetables.
  2. In a pan, take one spoon oil, add jeera. When it crackles, add onion, salt and saute it. After it start becoming translucent, add carrot, capsicum, cabbage and cauliflower choooed. At last add green peas.Add ginger and salt as per taste and mix it well
  3. Add green chillies Add garam masala, chania jeera powder, turmeric powder , chilli powder, aamchur powder and mix it well. After vegetables get cooked, Add paneer grated and coriander. Mix it well. Switch off the flame and let it set to cool.
  4. Prepare a dough by mixing both flour, salt and ghee.it should not much hard and not much soft
  5. First roll out one by one all roties and cook it from both the side for 2 seconds each side. We have to prepare only partial cooked roties.
  6. Now fill the stuffing in center of the roties and fold other sides inside like pockets. Can use paste of a flour to stick the ends with each other
  7. Roast it from both the sides by using a little oil.
  8. Yummy mughlai paratha is ready to serve
