Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken 500 gm, cut in small cubes
  2. Aluminium foil
  3. 1 piece of coal
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. salt
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Ginger- garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Khus-Khus paste 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1 tsp
  10. ghee 150 gm
  11. butter 50 gm
  12. Brown onion paste of 2 onions
  13. Paste of 15 soaked almonds


  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except the butter. Rub this on the chicken and let it marinate for 2 hours.
  3. In a non-stick pan transfer this marinated chicken and let it cook on a medium flame for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Add the butter and cook again.
  5. Make a hollow space in the middle of the pan. Put a sizzling coal piece on a piece of aluminium foil, add some ghee or butter over the coal and cover the pan with a lid.
  6. Remove the lid after 5 minutes.
