Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 medium sized potatoes
  2. 2tbsp chopped onions
  3. 3tbsp imli chutney
  4. 3tbsp mint chutney
  5. Curd (optional)
  6. chat masala as per taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.fry in medium hot oil till soft and crisp from outside.
  2. Add imli chutney and mint chutney to it. Sprinkle chat masala over it.add chopped onions to it.Toss gently and serve hot. Add curd if wanted
