Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 4-5
  2. Sugar -1/2 cup
  3. Coconut powder - 1 cup
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Water for making sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Take some bread slices and remove their boundaries.
  2. Cut them into different shapes and sizes viz-a-viz circular, triangular etc.
  3. Take water in a pan with added sugar in it. Heat it till water starts boiling.
  4. Make the water boil till it turns into thick sugar syrup.
  5. In another pan, heat the oil and fry the shaped bread slices till they turn brown in color.
  6. Transfer them onto a plate( layered with tissue paper ). Paper will soak the extra oil present in those bread slices.
  7. Dip all those shaped bread slices into sugar syrup one by one.
  8. At last, wrap them in coconut powder.
  9. Now, it is ready to serve. Enjoy the dessert.
