Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg chicken kheema
  2. 4sliced onin
  3. 4 tomato puree
  4. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 4green chillies
  6. 2tbsp besan
  7. 1tsp chillie powder
  8. 1/2tsp garam masala
  9. Hand full coriander leaves
  10. Whole garam masala 1stick dalchini few long
  11. 3tej patta
  12. Saffarron 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil
  14. Ghee
  15. Salt
  16. 2cups basmati rice soaked one hour
  17. 1tsp dried mint leaves
  18. Boiled eggs for garnish
  19. 1/2cup curd for masala

Instructions

  1. Take chicken kheema add in one onion 2green chillies coriabder leaves salt and grind it
  2. Then mix in besan make balls and fry them
  3. Potatoes fry them and cut big pieces of Capcicum
  4. Now for masala take oil in a pan add in onion fry till golden brown add in whole garam masala
  5. Add in ginger garlic paste then saute then add tomatoe puree
  6. Then oil separates add in chillie powder,garam masala
  7. Then add in little curd once oil separates
  8. Now once masala ready add in fried kofta and fried potatoes and capsicum
  9. Now for rice take water add in salt tomatoe puree ,tej patta ,saffron ,ghee
  10. Now cook it put little water dont strain water of rice once rice done put down layyer of rice ,then kofta masala then again rice
  11. Cover the lid and let it dum
  12. Garnish it with boiled eggs
  13. Ready to serveb
