Ingredients to make Custard semonella kakera

  • For custard ..
  • 2tsp custard powder
  • 1/2ltr milk
  • 50gms sugar
  • Semonella 1cup
  • Half tsp cardom powder
  • 1cup sugar
  • oil for deep fri
  • Pinch of green,orange colour

How to make Custard semonella kakera

  1. For custard...Heat a thick container pour milk keep boil
  2. Mean while take another cup put custard flour,pour cold milk mix well
  3. These milk pour onto boiling milk add sugar keep mix well once thickness came turn of flame
  4. Heat a cadai pour water 1:2 keep boil once water get bubbling add semonella
  5. Then add sugar and add already prepared custard on to the cadai
  6. Mix up although make a thick doe kind leave for some time
  7. Then make 3 partionas add green colour on one portion another orange then yellow
  8. Take small amount make round shape all coloured kakera ready to fri
  9. Take each one leave into oil once it's fried take out to tissue paper ready to serve custard semonella kakera

Colour is optional plain kakera also can made that ..
