Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. boiled and mashed sweet potato 1 cup
  2. ghee 1 tbsp
  3. Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
  4. sugar 1/4 cup
  5. almonds 4
  6. pistas 4
  7. cardamon powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and saute mashed boiled sweet potato till it leaves the edges of the pan
  2. Add evaporated milk and cook
  3. when the mixture thickens add sugar, cardamon powder and mix well
  4. garnish with chopped dry fruits
