Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Arbi or colcasia roots 250 gm boiled and mashed
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Water as needed
  4. Green chilli 2 finely chopped
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Dry mango powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt as per your taste
  9. Roasted Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  11. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. First of all kneed a smooth dough of wheat flour and Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl add boiled and mashed arbi. Now add cumin seeds green chilli red chilli powder garam masala cumin seeds powder salt and dry mango powder in it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients very well. Your stuffing is ready.
  4. Now take a lemon size dough ball and roll it. Keep it aside.
  5. Again take a lemon size dough ball and roll it. Put some stuffing according to your choice on it.
  6. Place last rolled roti on it. Seal it with a fork from all the sides.
  7. Again roll it gently. Put it on hot tawa and roast it.
  8. Now flip it and apply ghee on each sides. Roast it till brown spot appears.
  9. When paratha is roasted from both sides take it out in a plate. Your yummy and healthy arbi ka paratha is ready to eat. Enjoy it with your favourite pickle.
