ABOUT Sooji Kebab RECIPE

A mouth-watering snack. Very easy and quick too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup sooji
  2. 1/2 cup curds
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. 1 tblsp chilli-ginger paste
  5. 1tsp black pepper powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Cornflour to roll

Instructions

  1. Take sooji and mix in the curds
  2. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. Now add the paste, pepper and salt and mix properly
  4. Now make kebabs of shapes you like and keep in fridge for about 5 minutes
  5. Now bring out and roll in cornflour
  6. Finally deep fry in hot oil
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or dip of your choice
