Firstly grind tomake fine paste of green chilly, cashews and coriander leaves.
Wash and marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, half of chaat masala ,half of black pepper powder , lime juice ,salt and prepared cashew paste.
Keep marinated for 1 to 1 1/2 hour.
After 1 to 1 1/2 hour heat wok with 1 tbsp oil, when oil heats ad 1 tbsp butter and marinated chicken pieces.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes at medium flame then flip the side and cook for 1 more minute.
Stir it and cook at low flame for 10 to 15 minutes with covered lid.
After 15 minutes open the lid and dry excess water at high flame.
Now switch on the flame, put grill net on it and arrange chicken pieces ,and grill directly on gas with flipping chicken pieces using tongs. It will give smoky flavour.
When grilled properly ,remove from gas.
Now heat remaining butter in same wok with cream, remaining half of black pepper, chaat masala.
When it boils ad chicken pieces , mix it nicely, and cook for 1 to 2 minute at high flame.
Switch off the flame , sprinkle some kasuri methi ,and serve.
