Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Semolina 2 tbsp
  3. Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  4. Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
  5. Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For stuffing
  9. Boiled n mashed potatoes 4 big size
  10. Chopped green chili 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Cumin seeds a pinch
  13. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  15. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  16. Roasted cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take all purpose flour semolina clarified butter ,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well
  2. Make a crumble texture
  3. Knead a dough and keep aside for 30 mins
  4. Boil potatoes peel and crush them
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and mix well
  6. Add boiled n crushed potatos and salt and roasted cumin seeds powder and saute for two mins
  7. Add coriander leaves and mix well
  8. Now stuffing is ready
  9. Let it cool
  10. Now roll a Dough just like chapatis
  11. Spread the potatoes stuffing and roll it and seal the edges
  12. Keep in the fridge for an hour
  13. Heat enough oil in a pan
  14. Cut the pin wheel samosa into small pieces
  15. Place the samosa lower the heat and fry till light brown
  16. Serve pin wheel samosa with tea
