Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2kg paneer
  2. 4 tomatoes puree
  3. 4 finely chopped onions
  4. 1 spoon salt or as per taste
  5. 1spoon besan
  6. 1tsp pepper powder,1-2tsp garam masala
  7. 2 spoon ginger garlic paste
  8. 2tsp chopped fresh corriander
  9. 1tsp corriander powder
  10. 1spoon fresh cream
  11. 1 cup.water
  12. 1spoon kashmiri chilli powder
  13. 1tsp turmeric
  14. 1 spoon kasuri methi
  15. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  16. 2-3 chopped green chillies

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into dices and merinate with little salt,pepper and kashmiri chilli powder Now,heat 1tsp ghee or oil in a pan and saute the paneer and set aside N
  2. Now heat 2 laddle oil and 1spoon butter in a wok, now add cumin seeds,add ginger garlic paste and onions
  3. Cook onions until color changes,now add corriander powder,turmeric,pepper,green chillies,salt,kasuri methi, freshly chopped corriander, kashmiri chilli powder,garam masala, and besan.
  4. Cook for 3-4 mins and then add tomatoe paste
  5. Now put the lid and cook for 3mins,now add paneer and add water as required and cook for another 4 mins
  6. Paneer masala ready to serve
