Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rajma 1 cup
  2. Bay leaf 1 small
  3. Garam masala 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil 3 tsp
  6. Jeera +%2 tsp
  7. Onion 1 finely chopped
  8. Tomato 2 nos
  9. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  10. Mustered seeds 1/4 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  12. Coriander-jeera powder 1 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak rajma in enough water for 8 hours. After that pressure cook it for 5-6 whistles. Add salt to taste while cooking it
  2. In a pan, take oil. Add mustard seeds and jeera. As it splutters, add ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a while and then add onions. Add salt to proportion of onion and let onion cook translucent. As it get cooked, add tomato puree. Gradually add all masala and mix it well.
  3. Stir occasionally. Add salt to the proportions of other masala and tomatoes. Give it a nice stir. Serve it with steamed or jeera rice
