Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Curd 1/2 cup
  3. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Chopped green chilly 1
  6. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  7. Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
  8. Roasted and crushed peanuts 2 tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  10. Asafoetida a pinch
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add above listed all ingredients except oil and mix well
  2. Keep aside for 30 mins
  3. Steam for ten mins
  4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the poha fingers until brown and crispy from both the sides
  5. Serve hot with tea
