Doli ki poori is vary famous is utterpradeah..its made up flour and lentils well fermented process

Doli ki poori (khamiri ki puri)

Ingredients to make Doli ki poori (khamiri ki puri)

  • Whole wheat flour 2cups
  • 3tsp chana dal
  • 1tsp poppy seeds
  • 1tsp black caridum
  • 2 pieces of cinnamon
  • 1tsp fennel seeds
  • Half tsp cloves
  • oil as needed
  • Half tsp salt
  • 2tsp sugar

How to make Doli ki poori (khamiri ki puri)

  1. Take a bowl put chana dal,poppy seeds,cloves ci nnamon ,black caridum
  2. Sugar ,add all those pour hot water close lid cover with cloth like potli
  3. Leave over night then drain water keep a side transfer dal in a blender
  4. Take a bowl put flour salt,oil,already blended dal paste add into flour
  5. Mix well make kneaded soft doe coat with Poppy seeds
  6. Again close with cotton cloth 2 hours then
  7. Take a small amount
  8. Apply oil on hands make poori
  9. Leave into an oil fri well

My Tip:

Dal masala water should be leave overnight then make paste and use it's well fermented process
