Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kathal 500 gms
  2. Chopped onion 2
  3. Whole red chilly 8 to 10
  4. Whole black pepper 8 to 10
  5. Crushed ginger 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil 4 tbsp
  8. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add whole red chilly and whole black pepper to crackle
  3. Add chopped onion and crushed ginger of one layer and second layer add kathal pieces and third layer add onion
  4. And cover it and cook in a low flame,stir occasionally
  5. When change the color of the kathal and they became soft
  6. Add salt and mix well
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis
