Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 500 gms
  2. Finely chopped onion 3
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Cloves 3 _ 4
  5. Cinnamon 1 inch stick
  6. Green cardamon 2 _ 3
  7. Black cardamom 1
  8. Bay leaf 1 _ 2
  9. Curd 1/2 cup
  10. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  11. Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
  12. Kashmiri red chilly powder 2 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  15. Oil 4 tbsp
  16. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter and oil in pressure cooker
  2. Add bay leaf and whole garam masala to crackle
  3. Add onion and fry till light brown
  4. Add mutton pieces and saute on high heat for five mins
  5. Add giinger garlic paste coriander powder,red chilly powder, kashmiri mirch powder, turmeric powder and saute for five mins in medium flame
  6. Whisk the curd and mix well
  7. Simmer the flame and cook till mutton is done
  8. Stir occasionally and add some water
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves
  10. Serve hot
