Cheese Corn Sandwich

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 6, cut into round shapes or remove the crust and make square shapes
  2. Corn scrapped or minced 2 tbsp
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  4. 1/2 tsp oregano
  5. 1 tsp black pepper
  6. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  7. A dash of basil leaves, dry
  8. Cheese 2 cubes, grated
  9. Cheese slice 1
  10. For the sauce:
  11. 1 tbsp ketchup
  12. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  13. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  14. 2 to 3 tsp mustard paste

Instructions

  1. Trim the sides of the bread with the help of a cookie cutter. Cut the bread and toast it on a high mode in the microwave till brown in color.
  2. In bowl add the grated corn, mayonnaise, garlic powder, oregano, basil, mix well and keep aside. Take a small bowl, add all the sauces, mix well and keep this aside .
  3. Remove the toast from the oven and apply mustard sauce, add the corn mixture, grated cheese and small cheese slices. Cover it with another bread toast and bake till the cheese melts.
  4. Serve it hot for best taste.
