Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Marination for chicken
  2. Chicken 1 kg
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Cream 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tsp
  8. Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  11. Oil 2 tbsp
  12. Gravy
  13. Desi ghee 3 tbsp
  14. Oil 3 tbsp
  15. Onion 3
  16. Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  17. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  18. Dhania powder 2tsp
  19. Curd 1/2 cup
  20. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  21. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Milk 1 cup
  24. Tomato sauce 2tbsp
  25. Cream 1/2 cup
  26. Butter 100 gms
  27. Kasoori methi 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken in marination overnight or at least 2 hours
  2. Boil chicken till dry and fry till golden in colour
  3. Heat ghee and oil in a Wok and add chopped onions and cook till golden
  4. Take it out and add sesame seeds and grind finely
  5. IN leftover ghee add the grinded masala and all the dry spices with ginger garlic paste
  6. Now add whipped curd and cook till it leaves oil
  7. Add tomato sauce,kasoori methi and butter
  8. Add boiled chicken in the gravy
  9. Add milk and water accordingly to adjust gravy
  10. Cook on low heat and after 15...20 minutes add whipped cream
  11. Serve with a little cream and butter as garnish
