Fried chewra(poha)and ghughni of pea is a delicious snake of UP.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pea 1cup.
  2. Chopped tomato 1cup.
  3. Green chilli 1no.
  4. Sliced onion 1/2.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Oil 1table spoon.
  7. Chewra 2cups.
  8. Oil 1/2cup.
  9. Salt as per taste.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan ,add onion and green chilli.Fry till golden.
  2. Add pea and tomato,stir.Add salt and 1cup watet.
  3. Cover and cook on low-medium flame till peas ate soft.
  4. Dry if any water remains.
  5. For chewra: Heat a kadahi.Heat oil to hot .Add chewra and roast on low to medium heat till chewra is fluffy.
  6. Serve with mater gjughni.
