Yummyy tasty ,simple kheer, its cool from body temperature also

Moongdal ,sago kheer

Ingredients to make Moongdal ,sago kheer

  • One cup moongdal
  • One cup sago(saggubiyyam)
  • Oneand half cup jaggery grated
  • Elachi 4
  • Grated coconut 5 spoons
  • Dry fruits our choice,raisins 2 spoons
  • ghee 6 spoons
  • Milk one cup
  • water 3 cups

How to make Moongdal ,sago kheer

  1. Switch on the stove put a pan and add 3 tbl spoons ghee and add moondal until roast in slow flame little golden brown colour add 2 cups water then boil i.n smooth texture
  2. Wash sago,then add in boiling water cook well in smooth
  3. Grate the jaggery
  4. Mix the moon dal,sago well,then add jaggery ,stir co tinuously from jaggery melting then switch off the flame
  5. Add milk mi x well
  6. Dry fruits ,raisins
  7. Grated coconut,elachi
  8. Put a pan on stove then add 3 tbl spoons ghee add dry fruits ,coconut ,ela chi till fry in slow flame ,turn off flame
  9. Add into kheer
  10. Mix well
  11. Serve them hot are cold,yumyyy tasty keer is ready

My Tip:

Wash sago put in 2or 3 minutes in hot water then cook fast
