A healthy and very crispy snacks for tea time

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1cup soaked chana dal
  2. 2tbsp gram flour
  3. 3-4 green chilli chopped
  4. 2big onions chopped
  5. 100 GM French beans chopped
  6. 1/2cup chopped spinach
  7. Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  8. 1/5tsp baking soda
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind chana dal add all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Make small tikkies of paste and fry a little
  3. Now press with palm lightly and fry again until golden brown and crisp.
