About Kheema Pani Puris... Recipe

A lovely non veg twist to this famous street food of India from the North. This is a delicious take on by me on this amazing street food in style. Kheema or mutton mince lends it an important twist and tastes awesome. Non Veg lovers will definitely love this and can be a party attraction too as a stunning starter. Happy Cooking Everyone!

Kheema Pani Puris...

Ingredients to make Kheema Pani Puris...

  • Pooris as required
  • Pani 5 cups
  • onions chopped 2
  • FOR THE KHEEMA... Mutton mince 400 gm
  • salt to taste
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • onion chopped 2
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes chopped 1
  • green chillies finely chopped 2

How to make Kheema Pani Puris...

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions at first followed by adding of tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients to it.
  2. Saute until the raw smell of the onions fade away and the tomato becomes soft and mushy.
  3. Add mince to it now.
  4. Cook with a lid on on a low to medium high heat until the mince is done.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves and also the garam masala.
  6. Serve it with pani puri along with chopped onions.
  7. Relish this non veg Pani Puris and enjoy the weekend evenings with family and close friends.
