Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1/2 seperate flowers
  2. Potato cubed 1
  3. Capcicum 1 cubed
  4. Carrot 1 cubed
  5. Cottage cheese 1/4 cup cubed
  6. Green peas 3 tbsp
  7. Green chilly chopped 2
  8. Asofoetida 1/4 tsp
  9. Fenugreek seed 1/4 tsp
  10. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  12. Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  13. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  15. Oil 3 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash all behes, peel and cut all veges in cubed.
  2. Heat oil in a handi and fry paneer till golden, take out on plate.
  3. Splutter asofeotida and fenugreek seed in same oil.
  4. Ad chopped green chillies and sauté for few seconds.
  5. Ad cubed potatoes and cook till golden color seems, then add cubed carrots.
  6. After 2 minutes ad coliflowers and sauté for 1minute, then ad capsicum.
  7. After few seconds add green peas with 1tbsp water, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. 5 minutes later, add all spices, salt and cook for few minutes .
  9. Ad fried paneer pieces with 2 tbsp water, cover the lid and cook till all behes cooked properly.
  10. After 10 minutes open the lid and dry all water if you found.
  11. Switch off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with chapati.
