Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For garlic naan bowl
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. 1teaspoon baking powder
  4. 2tablesooon curd
  5. 1teaspoon sugar
  6. oil 2teaspoon
  7. 1table spoon garlic butter
  8. salt to taste
  9. For rajma
  10. 2 cups boiled rajma
  11. 1 chopped onion
  12. 1/2cup tomato puree
  13. 1table spoon ginger garlic paste
  14. 1teaspoon cumin
  15. 1inch cinnamon stick
  16. 1 bay leaf
  17. 2 table spoon mustard oil
  18. 2 bowl cooked rice
  19. 1/4cup desi ghee
  20. 1 cake tin
  21. 1 bowl

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl add maida baking powder , salt , sugar, oil and curd in it , mix well .
  2. Kneed with some water and make a soft dough .
  3. Cover it and keep on rest for 15 minutes .
  4. After 15 minutes ., Punch the dough again .
  5. Dust with some flour and make equal sized 5 balls.
  6. Roll them one by one and cut into strips .
  7. Take a cake tin grease it and put a small bowl in the center .
  8. Now place thin strips from the center of bowl to cake tin like wise.apply some water to join each other perfectly.
  9. Grease it with garlic butter and fill it with cooked rice .
  10. Press gently and pour ghee over the rice .
  11. Cover the rice with flap of naan strips.
  12. Apply garlic butter .
  13. Put in the preheated oven for 30 minutes on 180℃.
  14. Meanwhile prepare rajma
  15. Heat oil in a wok crackel jeera , bay leaf and cinnamon.
  16. Add ginger garlic paste suite for 2 minutes.
  17. Add chopped green chilli and chopped onion soute till pink and transulent.
  18. Add turmeric powder , garam masala , corriander powder , red chilli powder.soute with some water till shine comes on surface.
  19. Add add tomato puree and saute for 5 to 7 minutes.
  20. Add salt and boiled rajma .
  21. Add 1 cup of water .
  22. Cover it and cook on medium flame dmfor 10 to 15 minutes.
  23. Garnish with chopped green coriander.
  24. Assemble
  25. Now take rice naan bowl out from the oven.
  26. Turn it over the plate .And remove the bowl.
  27. Fill this space with hot rajma .
  28. Garnish with onion rings coriander etc.
  29. Serve hot .
  30. Enjoy
