ABOUT Kurkuri Bhindi RECIPE

Kurkuri or crispy bhindi is my family favourite snack to carry along, when ever we are going to travel. Preparing bhindi in this manner, makes it very tasty, and it stays fresh even after 2 days. Kurkuri bhindi tastes yummy with both, dal-rice and roti. It is also a good option to give on kids lunch boxes once in a while.
