  1. 2kg Potatoes
  2. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take potatoes pill them. Cut them up n to chips.
  2. Boil potato chips in to salt water till one boil.
  3. Pat dry potato chips with napkin.dry chips on plastic paper in the sunlight for two days.
  4. After two days deep fry chips.ready to eat.
