Ingredients Serving: 4
1 cup grated bottle gourd(lauki).
1/2cup sugar.
1cup roasted peanut powder.
2tsp ghee.
4tsp suji
1/2cup besan.
Instructions
First dry roast the suji,and besan, in a karhai till light brown and keep aside.
Heat the ghee in that same karhai,and fry the grated lauki,stir for a min.next add the peanut powder,besan, and mix it properly,saute for amin till its aroma of the lauki peanut leaves.
Meanwhile,add roasted suji and mix properly along with fried lauki, and peanut,then add sugar and fry for sometime..
Cook till its done can add chopped kaju, and nuts.and stir for a min.switch off the flame if its done with the frying.make it a round shape laddu,and garnish it with pistachious over the top of the ladu.
