Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 large bread
  2. 1 large size onion
  3. 5-6 boiled potatoes
  4. Grated carrot
  5. Soaked peas
  6. salt as per your taste
  7. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  8. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  9. anardana
  10. 2 table spoon dahi
  11. Pinch of amchur powder


  1. Take boiled potatoes mash it , put grated carrot, chopped onion, peas and mix
  2. Add all masala and dahi mix well
  3. Take bread piece disk in water squeeze the water put the masala and make it into rolls and fry it
  4. Serve with chutney
