ABOUT Pista tres leches cake pudding RECIPE

Dedicated with three form of milk and pista flavored sponge cake. Easy to make for special occasions

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 eggs
  2. Sugar 2tbsp
  3. Oil 1tbsp
  4. Salt 1pinch
  5. Maida 3/4cup
  6. Pista flavour few drop
  7. Green color 2drops
  8. Milk 2tbsp
  9. Condensed milk 1tin
  10. Evaporated milk 1/2tin
  11. Milk 300ml

Instructions

  1. First making pista sponge cake
  2. In a bowl add 3 egg whites and sugar beat until stiff peaks. Another bowl add egg yolks, milk ,salt and oil beat until turns into light yellow after that add Maida and mix well. Add beaten egg whites and slowly cut and fold with spatula make sure both batter and egg whites cooperate well. Pour in square baking dish and bake it for 30to 40mins.
  3. Second making tres leches
  4. In glass jar add evaporated milk, condensed milk and milk . Mix all milk together and stir well add little bit of green color and pista flavour .keep it refrigerator to chilli
  5. After our sponge cake done take out from oven prick sponge cake with fork
  6. Pour milk mixture into cake. Keep cake into refrigerator to chilli
  7. In a bowl add Whippingcream beat until stiff peaks. Put into piping bag and decorate the cake with some pistachios
  8. And cover with cling wrap and keep into refrigerator overnight
  9. Serve it chilled
