My moms all time favourite snack recepie . Dahi ke kebbab is a very interesting recepi wich is cool from inside and hot and crusty from outside .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd half cup
  2. Greated panner 1 fourth cup
  3. Fried onions 5 tbsp
  4. Chopped onions 8 tbsp
  5. Greated ginger half tbsp
  6. Chopped green chillies 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  9. Rock salt 1 tbsp
  10. Garam masala 2 teaspoon
  11. Bread crumbs 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add hung curd, panner , salt , garam masala, onoins , fried onions , green chillies , ginger and mix well
  2. The consistency of the mixture should be so that it should not fall out from the spoon
  3. Then take sone portions of the mixture with the help of a spoon
  4. Then put them in bread crumbs , then using your hands roll them in bread crumbs and make them in a shape of ball
  5. Deep fry them till dark brown
  6. Serve hot with green chutney
