  1. 1 big raw mango, green chillies, salt, sugar, grated coconut, curds

  1. Grate the mango with/without skin. Adjust salt and sugar according to ur tsste. Add 2 tbsp grated or ground fresh coconut. These are the basics. You can add a seasoning of mustard, red chillies and curry leaves. You can even fry the
  2. Coconut in oil n then add it. It's ur choice. Use birds eye chillies for a variation of flavor. You can make this chutney even without any chillies. If you feel lazy to grind or grace coconut you go ahead and add some curds.
