  • BROCCOLI FLORETS 1/3 CUP
  • DICED BELLPEPPERS HALF CUP
  • CHOPPED mushroom HALF CUP
  • DICED onions 1/3 CUP
  • SLICED carrots FEW
  • DICED paneer 2/3 CUP
  • salt TO TASTE
  • BLACKPEPPER 2 TSP
  • SEASONING 2 TBSP
  • garlic CHOPPED 1 TSP
  • ginger GRATED 1 TBSP
  • 1 TBSP sesame seeds

How to make VEGAN STIR FRY

  1. TAKE A PAN HEAT UP OIL ADD GINGER , GARLIC , AND SESAME SEEDS COOK FOR FEW SECONDS
  2. ADD IN ALL THE VEGETABLES ALL TOGETHER
  3. COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. ADD SESONING , SALT AND PEPPRE MIX WELL AND COOK ON HIGH FLAME FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES
  5. TAKE A BIG CABBAGE LEAF AND COOK IT IN A PAN TILL A BIT BROWN AND GLOSSY
  6. SERVE HOT ON CABBAGE LEAF AND ENJOY
