  1. BROCCOLI FLORETS 1/3 CUP
  2. DICED BELLPEPPERS HALF CUP
  3. CHOPPED MUSHROOM HALF CUP
  4. DICED ONIONS 1/3 CUP
  5. SLICED CARROTS FEW
  6. DICED PANEER 2/3 CUP
  7. SALT TO TASTE
  8. BLACKPEPPER 2 TSP
  9. SEASONING 2 TBSP
  10. GARLIC CHOPPED 1 TSP
  11. GINGER GRATED 1 TBSP
  12. 1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS

Instructions

  1. TAKE A PAN HEAT UP OIL ADD GINGER , GARLIC , AND SESAME SEEDS COOK FOR FEW SECONDS
  2. ADD IN ALL THE VEGETABLES ALL TOGETHER
  3. COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. ADD SESONING , SALT AND PEPPRE MIX WELL AND COOK ON HIGH FLAME FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES
  5. TAKE A BIG CABBAGE LEAF AND COOK IT IN A PAN TILL A BIT BROWN AND GLOSSY
  6. SERVE HOT ON CABBAGE LEAF AND ENJOY
