Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg mutton chops
  2. 1 cup spinach puree
  3. 2 onions chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp coriender powder
  5. 3 tomatoes chopped
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tbsp coriender leaves
  9. 1 tbsp mint leaves
  10. juice of 1 lemon
  11. 2 green chillies chopped
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  14. salt to taste
  15. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  16. 1 tbsp ghee
  17. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. 1)take mutton chops in a bowl.marinade with turmeric powder,yoghurt,salt and ginger garlic paste.rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2)meanwhile,heat gheein pressure cooker.add green chillies and onion.saute for 5 minutes.
  3. 3)add tomatoes,coriender powder,salt,garam masala and red chilli powder.mix well.
  4. 4)add marinated chops and 1 cup water.mix well.pressure cook till 2 whistles at high flame at 10 minutes at low flame.
  5. 5)add spinach puree, mint ,lemon juice and coriender leaves.again pressure cook till 2 whistles at high gas.switch off.
  6. 6)serve hot with chapatis!
