Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup corn or 250 gram
  2. 3 tbsp cornflour
  3. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  4. 1 tbsp chat masala
  5. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Corriander for garnishing
  9. Water as required
  10. For dip 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  11. 1 tbsp shezwan sauce or chutney

Instructions

  1. In a pot put the sweet corn to boil for 5-6 min. heat oil in deep fry pan.
  2. add salt.once boiled drain the water.
  3. Take a bowl add corn,cornflour, salt n red chilli ,mix well,till sweet corn is coated and the corn doesn't look powdery.
  4. Add a handful of corn..keep the flame low to medium.
  5. Stir once n fry and once its start cracking than cover the pan partially with lid.
  6. to take out them on kitchen towel. Repeat the process with the remaining corns.
  7. sprinkle chat masala n lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
  8. serve with mayoshezwan dip.and if you want you can temper it with veggies.
