About Pulao Recipe

A handful of basmati rice mixed well with veggies and spices to serve hot in the form of pulao

Ingredients to make Pulao

  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 cups water
  • potato 1
  • tomato 2
  • onion 2
  • garlic 4 pcs
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon
  • red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  • turmeric 1 pinch
  • jeera 1/2 tablespoon
  • ghee 1 spoon

How to make Pulao

  1. Soak rice in water for 20 mins Chop all the vegetables Put ghee in pressure cooker and geat it for 2 mins Later put jeera and all the chopped vegetables and let it cook for 2 mins Later add rice and all the masala and stir well Add 3 cups of water and let the water come to boil Later close the cooker lid and let it steam for 15 mins Serve hot
