My native parangipettai ( Tamil Nadu) style very yummy delicious ..goes well with tea it can be eaten in breakfast or during tea time

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Rice flour 2 cups (200gm)
  2. Onions chopped 1
  3. Green chillies 3-4
  4. Coriander leaves few
  5. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Coconut milk 1 bowl
  8. Prawns 10
  9. Egg 1
  10. Salt as required
  11. Ghee
  12. Oil as needed

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan add chopped onions saute well add green chillies ,salt ,turmeric powder , red chilli powder , coriander leaves and prawns saute well
  2. After sauting swich off the flame add rice flour mix well add coconut milk to it. make thick batter as for adai
  3. Add egg to the batter mix well
  4. Heat oil in a shallow pan , pour a ladle full of batter in it ,cook in medium to low flame cook both sides
  5. Serve hot
